No refunds. Tickets are transferable. All sales are final, but if you can't attend you may transfer your ticket to another person — email info@blackprelawconference.org with their name and email.

Photos and video. By registering for or attending the Conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and to the Organizer's use of those images and recordings. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please do not attend.

Sponsored free tickets available. If paying the registration fee would create a financial hardship, select a sponsored free General Admission ticket on the Eventbrite registration page — no proof needed; we take your word for it. Revised October 24 (rooms added November 2): Thursday’s all-attendee Welcome to Boston Meet and Greet runs 5:00–7:00 PM at BC Law. Your First Circle is VIP & Platinum only, 7:00–8:30 PM in Newton Centre, about a 1.1-mile walk (20–25 minutes) from BC Law, with food on your own. Friday lunch and advising run 2:05–3:05 PM; VIP & Platinum receive lunch buddy assignments, with lunch on your own. The Law Fair is at Lesley University, 5:30–7:30 PM (VIP & Platinum early entry 5:30–5:45 PM; everyone else from 5:45 PM). Free, open-to-all film screenings run Friday 8:00–10:30 PM, venue TBA; RSVP required. Saturday’s Platinum Strategy Lab is 8:30–9:30 AM at BU Law; lunch and advising run 12:55–1:55 PM. The Closing Reception is for VIP & Platinum registrants only, 7:15–8:15 PM at BU Law, with light refreshments served — the tier limit is due to capacity limits at BU Law. The separate VIP & Platinum HBLSA Pre-Law Reception is at 8:30 PM at Harvard Law School. Dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
